Our goal at Giordano’s BBQ is to help you design a menu that fits your needs and budget. Rather than offering packages, we offer items by the pound or by the tray, which allows you to make your event unique. Our only requirement is that you let us know what food items you would like at your event, and we will portion everything out for you.

*Servings: 1 lb. of Meat Feeds Approximately 2-4 People. 1 Rack of Ribs Feeds Approximately 3-5 People. Minimum Order: $100. We deliver to all of New Jersey but we may charge a delivery fee depending on distance. Supplies/Setup: Chafing dishes, sternos and other supplies are available at an additional cost. Guarantee Policy:
Giordano’s BBQ Catering requires that all menus and final numbers be submitted 14 day’s prior to your function in order to guarantee our services.
Cancellation Policy:
If a scheduled catering is cancelled within 48 hours, a 20% fee of the invoice cost will be charged to the card on file. If the catering order is cancelled within 24 hours or less, a 50% fee will be charged to the card on file.
18% Gratuity:
This charge includes gratuity shared by caterers and preparation staff as well as costs of delivering our restaurant experience to you, thank you!
Delivery Fee:
Catering outside of the Somerset County area may be subject to a delivery fee.
DELIVERY: Delivery requires a minimum order of $100. Cater minimum order not including delivery charges or sales tax. We’ll bring pre-cooked, ready-to-serve food to your location, or you can schedule a pickup. It’ll be packed up to keep it nice and hot, and we’ll show you how to best serve it.
Outside Vendors:
The cost of all outside vendors will be the responsibility of the client. It is our pleasure to make all orders and delivery requests with the vendors. We will not be responsible for vendors products resulting in dissatisfaction.
Reservations:
A credit card is required at the time and order is placed. This is solely to reserve the date and will not be used unless authorized by the card holder. The credit card will be charged if there is no other payment granted, there are outstanding financial obligations, or if there is a cancellation of our services within 48 hours.
